Random Contemporary Balaton/Budapest was founded in 2021 in Örvényes, a village in Hungary's Balaton Highlands. The gallery's first exhibition space opened in a renovated traditional farmhouse, followed by a second location in Budapest in 2026. Works by the gallery's represented artists can be found in public collections from Europe to South America.

RCB Gallery specialises in contemporary art focusing on geometric abstraction, MADI, and artistic practices exploring perception and space. Its programme is built around artists whose work reflects a consistent artistic vision and demonstrates enduring significance.
